Administrator: Steven Furman, MS, LNHA

Steven Furman is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Park Manor. He has worked in the health care field in both New Jersey and South Florida for the last ten years. Mr. Furman received his BA degree from Franklin and Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) and his MS degree in Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University (Ft. Lauderdale, FL). As one of the newest members of the facility community, Mr. Furman looks forward to working with the residents, staff and families at Bloomfield's best kept secret, Park Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
 

Director of Admissions: Wanda Motley

Wanda Motley helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She has many years of experience in the Health Care profession and understands the needs of the elderly. Ms. Motley brings to our facility great enthusiasm and creativity which enables her to build successful relationships with clients and the community.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Jennifer London, RN, DNS

Jennifer London is responsible for managing the nursing department at our center. She has been a loyal staff nurse at Park Manor for over ten years. Ms. London started as a night supervisor and is the former Assistant Director of Nursing at the center. She is a graduate of Bloomfield College and fell in love with Park Manor when she was a college volunteer. Ms. London is a dedicated patient advocate and a respected clinician within our local community.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Sheri Dubiner, MA, CCC/SLP

Sheri Dubiner coordinates the rehabilitation services for the subacute patients and the long term residents at Park Manor. She and her in-house therapy staff provide the highest level of physical, occupational and speech services. The Rehab team strives to help each patient achieve their highest level of functioning and independence. Mrs. Dubiner, a two-time graduate of The College of New Jersey, has over 18 years of experience working with the adult and geriatric populations.
 

Director of Social Services: Jason Coveleski, LSW, CDP

Jason Coveleski is responsible for helping residents and families respond to the challenges skilled nursing facility placements may present to their everyday lives. Mr. Coveleski received his BSW from Seton Hall University and an MSW from Fordham University and brings over 10 years of social work experiences to the table. Although he is a newer employee to the CPL/Park Manor family, Mr. Coveleski has been involved with Park Manor for 5 years as the visiting social worker with a hospice service. Mr. Coveleski finds great motivation and energy in the resident's enthusiasm and pride for their Park Manor community.
